1971 VW Type 3 Custom Convertible
This car started life as an Australian assembled VW Type 3 Notchback (Sedan). At some time in the 1990s (I think), it had its roof cut off and was made into a convertible. It was a professional job as it involved under-body strengthening, the addition of a roll bar, and tailoring of clip-on vinyl roof. As part of the conversion, the headlights were recessed, guards were flared, and the interior was fitted out with a wooden sports wheel, sports seats, and retractable seatbelts. The engine appears to be a stock 1580cc VW air-cooled flat four, but it is fitted with a fairly radical looking 4-pipe exhaust.

1971 Ford MK1 Escort GT
Mark 1 Ford Escort GT 1300.4 speed. (Not all GT's are Falcons) it's been in the family for 37 years. Still all original, Yukon Yellow with Black interior set of Globe rims are the only things that are not original. Great little fun car to drive.
1960 FB Holden Special Sedan
Found this one while I was trying to buy an FC Holden from the owner. She was all pulled apart at the front and pieces were nicely stored away in boxes wrapped in newspaper. Far from perfect and not a show car but sure is a great fun cruiser. Colours were originally Colleen Green with a Sherwood Green flash but me being me reversed the colour scheme as I liked it better. Runs a stock 138ci Grey Motor. Not fast but a lot of fun getting there.
1967 Holden HR Special Sedan
I've had the car for about 10 years. It's now had it's second rebuild. Runs an LC XU1 motor with triple CD Strombergs. Little mods to the vehicle body like an HD Stone tray and driving lights where the factory indicators were. I know it has upset the purists but the 186 badge on the boot is in the wrong spot. It will stay like that forever because back when my 2 daughters were 12 and 9 they saved up to buy me the badge. To my surprise me they fitted it. There was already one pilot hole so they drilled another. Yeah it's wrong, yeah its not straight but the love behind that badge is Priceless. Trim is a copy of a 57 Chevy belair. Not a show car just a cruiser and family fun.
1984 Mercedes 500 SEC W126
The W126 was made from 1980 until 1991 in several forms. The last of Mercedes forever cars, mine was a Series 1 car (built until 1985) and a special import to Sydney serviced by Sandersons. It was repainted in 2011 and is still a picture. A great drive too with the 4 speed auto and 5 litre motor, before the 5.6 was added to the options. This car is Euro Spec.
1976 Ford Gran Torino
Please excuse the stock image, this is a new purchase. I have been looking for many years for the right car, this is a genuine ex-factory Limited Edition, still in LHD and with a 460 engine. Bucket seats and a floor shift, it even came with a set of (display only) 537 ONN licence plates and red roof light.
